Generally, as a new United American Agent you are required to attend a comprehensive training program, including product and sales training, both in the classroom and in the field! By the time you complete our initial training program, you will have all the tools needed to succeed in this business!
But we don't stop there! UA provides ongoing training to Agents through quarterly seminars held across the country.
