World-class rewards are a United American staple to those who are goal oriented! In addition to higher incomes, outstanding achievement at UA is rewarded annually with up to three exciting, Home Office–sponsored trips! At their discretion, many Branch Managers sponsor additional trips as well.
Annual Sales Convention
Each year, hundreds of sales people who qualify, and their guests, attend our National Sales Convention held in various vacation hot spots. Convention locations have included Mexican and Caribbean cruises, the Atlantis Resort at Paradise Island in the Bahamas, Bermuda, Hawaii, Jamaica, San Francisco, and Lake Tahoe. In 2010, we're headed to the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami and in 2011 it's off to Caesars Place in Las Vegas. United American Agents are always looking forward to the next getaway!
Six-Month Eagle Award
Twice a year, United American holds a six-month divisional contest among the Branches. Approximately 50 qualifiers and spouses have received trips to exciting locations like London, Paris, Rome, Munich, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Nice, France, Dublin, Ireland, Colorado Ski Extravaganza, Quebec, Cancun, Mexico, and the Florida Keys. In 2010, we're off to the Roosevelt Hotel in New Orleans and to Napa Valley.
Production Awards
Each year United American honors its best producers by recognizing the top three Agents, Unit Managers, and Branch Managers. These awards are based on net combined annualized premium and quality of business.
Other production awards are given for Rookie Agent, Rookie Unit Manager, and Rookie Branch Manager of the Year. The Rookies of the Year are nominated and chosen by the sales department staff and receive special recognition at the National Sales Convention.
Recognition is also awarded to both the Unit Manager and Branch Manager with the highest first year Agent production.
